The National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA) was established in 1970. It is dedicated to creating partnerships in creating intellectual and economic wealth in the black community.

Membership

The National Black MBA Association, Incorporated is a national organization that has an extensive network of 39 local chapters.

In addition, the National Black MBA Association, Inc. offers:

More than 5,000 business contacts through its national membership

Local networking through its 39 chapters

Visibility and dialogue with major corporations

A national newsletter providing news of National Black MBA Association, Inc. members and events

Membership Types

The National Black MBA Association offers four categories for membership.

1. Full Membership

Professionals with a graduate degree (MBA, MHA, MPA, MS, MA, JD, etc)
Annual Cost: $125

2. Associate Membership

Professionals without a graduate degree but with extensive experience or entrepreneurial success

Annual Cost: $125

3. Student Membership

Students enrolled in any graduate degree program (a two-year limit).

New/Renewing members need to submit evidence of matriculation into a graduate degree program (i.e. a copy of a current school ID card or registration).

$60 per year (limited to two years)

4. Lifetime Membership

Any member who makes the financial commitment to the full or associate membership lifetime status

$1000 one-time payment or $350 per year for three (3) years
