Access Webmail Service on Android Mobile:
Download and install the Microsoft Outlook app on Mobile Phone.

Follow these steps after installation:
Open Settings
In Accounts, select Add account
Select Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync
In Email Address enter your full length email address
(e.g. a.student123@canterbury.ac.uk)
In Password, enter your normal University password
Select Manual Setup
In Domain\Username, enter username@ccad.canterbury.ac.uk (e.g. abc123@ccad.canterbury.ac.uk)
In Server, enter outlook.office365.com
Check Enable Use Secure Connection (SSL)
Make sure Enable Accept All SSL Certificates is unchecked
Click Done
In the Remote security administration message window, click OK
Click Save in Account Options

Enter web link of Outlook in your browser
Sign in with your University username and Password to access your own email.

You can also open a Shared mailbox, such as your CCCU team email account:
Follow steps given above:
Click your name in the upper-right corner and select open other mailbox
Enter the name of the mailbox@canterbury.ac.uk
The mail box will be opened in a separate window
When it will finished, select Sign Out on the top right hand side for all the mailboxes you have connected to.
