The Chartered Accountancy course is offered by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). The CA course has following three stages: Entry Level Test: Common Proficiency Test First Stage: Integrated Professional Competence Course Final Stage: Final Course Eligibility for the CPT: The applicant should have completed senior secondary (10+2) examination conducted by an examining body constituted by law in India. Eligibility for Intermediate (Integrated Professional Competence) Course: The applicant should have passed Common Proficiency Test and Senior Secondary Examination (10+2 examination) or Graduates/ Post Graduates in Commerce having secured in aggregate a minimum of 55% can register directly in the Intermediate (IPC) Course they will be exempted for the CPT examination.
