Change the name in ICWA Inter Registration

I get the admit card of ICWA but the spelling of my name is incorrect in it so please give me the procedure that how can I change my name in it?

Firstly you need to inform the institute immediately and require sending an application for the same.

Before sending the form you should mention your registration number, your actual name and whatever printed in the letter fill the form completely.

Also attach the copy of your identity proof.

You have to go to the center near you.
