CELAM was founded in January 2012. The goal of CELAM is to start and support research about mental disorders, aggressive antisocial behaviour and moral and legal responsibility in a inter-disciplinary framework. CELAM is a formalisation of a previous on-going research collaboration between the Research Group of Forensic Psychiatry, University of Gothenburg, the Research Group of Forensic Psychiatry, Lund University and a group of researchers in Philosophy at the Department of Philosophy
