The Centre for Development of Telematics is an Indian Government owned telecommunications technology development centre. It was established in 1984 with initial mandate of designing and developing digital exchanges.

Organization Structure

The management of C-DOT has a three-tier structure:

e Governing Council
Governing Council Provides policy guidelines and approves the annual budget of the Centre.

Steering Committee
The Steering Committee has the role of reviewing and monitoring the performance of the Centre.

The Project Board
Project Board is responsible for the implementation of C-DOT's Projects and the day-to-day function of the Centre.
