College of Fisheries, Lembucherra, Tripura, a constituent college of Central Agricultural University, Imphal, has been evolved as one of the best Fisheries College in India in terms of academic performance.

Admission requirement:

Candidates should have passed 10+2 examination with English as one of the subject of study.
The candidates must have attained 17 years of age on 31st July of the admission year.
The selection/ nomination of candidates should be made through Common Entrance Test conducted by the concerned State.

Selection of candidates for admission

The candidate to be sponsored for admission to different degree programmes shall be from the merit list based on the Common Entrance Test, conducted by the concerned states.
Fifteen per cent of the approved number of seat in B.F.Sc. programmes shall be filled up by the ICAR or as amended from time to time by ICAR.
The ICAR nominees shall be governed by the eligibility as prescribed by the ICAR, New Delhi.
