Can Non Karnataka Students Apply For PGCET

I am resident of Gujarat completed my B.TECH and want to appear in Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) . I want to know that whether Non Karnataka Students are eligible to apply for the Karnataka PGCET exam or not ?

You can appear KMAT/ PGCET. Please let me know if you are interested in taking up MBA .
