You can fill Registration of the CA CPT Course online from the official website of the ICAI.

Process:

Visit the official website of the ICAI.

Go to the CPT form section and get Application Form for Registration to Common Proficiency Test Course.

You have to fill application and take print out of the form and send it to the ICAI along with the required documents.
