CA Course Details
Can you please guide me how to start my studies for CA course as I am very confused about it and quite nervous about it?

CA stands for Chattered Accountancy course which is conducted through ICAI . CA course has three levels I.e CPT , IPCC, Final , Including 3 years of Articles. This course contain two ways of entries are there 1)Through the CPT, 2)Through the graduation Through CPT Qualification for CPT ; You must have +2 (or) are equivalent to +2 course with any stream. And no percentage is required for this course. And no age limit also required Through the graduation ; For this you must have degree eligibility ; As per the new rules of ICAI you can join in IPCC with the following qualification ; If you belong to commerce background must have at least 55%. And in case of other graduations are must have at least 60%. If you have any above qualification you can join in IPCC course. You must qualify this IPCC both groups otherwise not eligible for further courses. After this course you are eligible for CA final course And you must qualify this exam then only you will be a CA. Procedure to become an Chartered Accountant Pass CPT examination Register/Enroll for Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPCC) Complete 9 months of Study Course. Complete 100 hours of Information Technology Training (ITT). Complete Orientation Course (35 hours spread over one week). Pass Group I or both Groups of Integrated Professional Competence Examination (IPCE). Register as Articled Assistant for a period of 3 years. Pass Group II of IPCC if not already passed. Appear in Final Examination during last 6 months of 3 years of articled training. Pass both the Groups of Final examination. Get Final Examination Certificate. Complete remaining period of articled training, if applicable Complete Course on General Management and Communication Skill Enroll as a member of ICAI and designate as "Chartered Accountant" |
