As far my information you can go for it , you are Eligible for admission M.Tech in Computer science/IT after B.sc in computer science and you can opt of M.Sc., MCA or M.Tech. in Computer Science after completing your graduation with B.Sc. in Computer Science as it offers wide job prospects. M.Tech(Computer Science) is good if you want to make your career in Hardware and Networking, Information Security.
