Re: Broad institute RNAi
The RNAi Consortium is also known as TRC. It is a public-private partnership whose aim is to create libraries of small hairpin RNAs (shRNAs) for 15'000 human and 15'000 mouse genes. These are the libraries which helps the scientific community to analyse gene function by RNAi. The RNAi Platform is directed by David Root, a physical chemist with significant experience in cell-based screening and building lentiviral-based libraries. The platform's major activities include: Library production Library screening Library performance Library development Informatics Team Platform Leadership David Root, Director Administration Kristine Schwenck Library Production, Performance, and Research/Development Xiaoping Yang, Ph.D. Amy Goodale Peyton Greenside William Harrington Yenarae Lee Rakela Lubonja Cindy Nguyen Thu Nguyen Tenchoe Nyima Sasha Pantel Meagan Sullender Pema Tenzing Nancy Tran Emma Vaimberg Library Screening Mukta Bagul, Ph.D. Glenn Cowley, Ph.D. John Doench, Ph.D. Federica Piccioni, Ph.D. Cong Zhu, Ph.D. Levi Ali Grace Jiang Michael Okamoto Justine Scott Informatics Thomas Green, Ph.D. Douglas Alan Adam Brown Matthew Greene Mark Tomko Computational Biology Mudra Hegde Address: Broad Institute | 301B 301 Binney St, Cambridge, MA, United States +1 617-714-7000 Map: [MAP]https://maps.google.co.in/maps?q=Broad+institute+&hl=en&ll=42.370213,-71.086864&spn=0.07508,0.163422&sll=42.368088,-71.086907&sspn=0.075083,0.163422&hq=Broad+institut e&t=m&z=13&iwloc=A[/MAP] |
