British Council's International English Language Test

What are the deadlines to apply for International English Language Test conducted by the British Council? I want to appear in this Test to take admission in MBA Program in any Best Business School of USA. So please provide me important dates when its notification will released by the British Council and also give me detailed syllabus for International English Language Test.
