Branches in IIT Kanpur

How many Branches are offering by IIT Kanpur for B.Tech and M.Tech Program? I have passed in JEE Advanced Exam with average marks. Now I want to take admission at IIT Kanpur campus for B.Tech Program, so pls give me important dates for counselling and tell me about cut off for this year admissions.
