If you want to apply for the course of ME then you have to give the Birla Institute of Technology & Science Higher Degree Exam (BITS HD) and here are the details of that:

BITS HD Admission Test 2015 Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must have obtained minimum of 60% aggregate in the any integrated first degree of BITS or its equivalent.

Students with a B.E./B.Tech degree in IT will be eligible only to apply for M.E. Software Systems and also may need some specific prior preparation

BITS HD Admission Test 2015 Exam Pattern:
The BITS HD exam consists of two parts as follows:

Part 1:
An online exam of 60 minutes duration consisting of 60 questions in the following with each section consisting of 15 questions
Core Mathematics
Core Physics
English Language Skills & Principles of Management
Computer Programming

Part II:
An online exam of 120 minutes with 100 questions
It is a compulsory test for students based on the qualifying degree programme
Note: Candidates applying for only Software systems need not attempt this section

BITS HD Admission Test 2015 Application Fees:
Rs 1900

Payment mode:
1. Online (Credit/Debit/Netbanking)
2. Cash payment at select ICICI branches using a challan to be printed from the website

BITS HD Admission Test 2015 Important Dates:
Start of Online Applications: April 8, 2015
Last Date for submission of the Applications: May 20, 2015
Test Center and slot allotment and announcement to Candidates: May 25, 2015
Hall ticket Download: May 25 to 29, 2015
Online Tests: May 30 & 31, 2015
Result: June 12, 2015
