Which Is Better PEC Or NIT Kurukshetra

I wanted to get admission in an engineering college ? Would you suggest which one is good either PEC or NIT Krukshetra?

According to me both are good but in terms of ranking the PEC is have 9th ranked and the NIT is ranked 19th among the Enginerring colleges of India.
In terms of Courses Both offered Undergraduate , postgraduate and phd programs in different streams.
