Yes, as you have completed 12th class with Biology, Physics and Chemistry stream you can opt for B.Tech in Biotechnology.

The basic eligibility required for B.Tech. (Biotechnology) is an intermediate (10+2) with subjects such as physics, mathematics, biology and chemistry.

The admission to this course is given on the basis of performance in the entrance exam on National level. In addition, there are some state level exams for every state to give admission for this course in various colleges of that particular state.

After B.Tech degree in Biotechnology one can pursue career in the pharmaceutical companies like Dabur, Hindustan lever, Cipla, Rossari Biotech India Pvt. Ltd and Hindustan antibiotics which employ these graduates for research, marketing and testing purposes.

One can also sit for different governmental exams like Civil Services exam, Combined Defense Service exam and SSC Combined Graduate Level exam to get into government sector jobs.

To work in banking sector one can write exam for the Probationary Officer post conducted by various banks.
