B.sc in Biotechnology and the B.Tech both are good course .
The Main Difference between B.Sc Biotech & B.Tech Biotech:
1. B.Tech is Professional Degree course, but B.Sc is not Professional Degree course.
2. You have great scope to B.Tech compared to B.Sc.
3. Job Opportunities is more for B.Tech compared to B.Sc.

After both courses you can get the different-2 jobs not in the same fields.
Biotechnology jobs in the different fields are follows:
Genetic engineer
Plant based drugs
Tissue culture
Enzyme engineering and technology
Immunotechnologies
Rational Drug design
Plant based drug
Drug inspector
Gene therapy
Tissue culture

Friend Here I am telling you that The Courses which you have Mentioned Here are Similar and There Will be Not Much Difference in the Job Preferences and Future Scope of the Course.

B. Tech. and B. Sc. Courses are Available in the Discipline.

The four-year B. Tech. Curriculum Focuses on the Technological Applications in Biology.

The Three-year B.Sc. Course is Conducted as any other Science Subject and the Students can go for the M. Sc. Course and take up Research later.

The B. Tech. Course is the Better Option.

Selection will be on the Basis of the Engineering Entrance Examination and Marks obtained in Plus Two or Equivalent Examinations in Science Subjects.

Compared the B. Tech Course will be Different as there will be Some Changes in the Subjects you are Going to Deal in the Course.
