Yes, B.Ed mandatory for PGT in for +2 teaching after M.Sc(IT), as per as my knowledge there is no rule for the exemption for the PG students.

Eligibility Criteria for Post Graduate Teacher:
The applicant should have completed degree of graduation and post graduation degree from recognized university with B. Ed. certificate.

Age limit:
Age should be 18 years and maximum 39 years
44 years for BC/ST/SC,
49 years for PWD,
