Both Marine Engineering and Mechanical Engineering are best for B.Tech Course in terms of Scopes. If you have interest in nautical architecture & science then go for B.Tech Marine Engineering.

If you want to do analysis, design, manufacturing, and maintenance of mechanical systems then go for B.Tech Mechanical Engineering.
