aptransco subengineers court case status

Decision is pending in highcourt for the writ petitions filed before it regarding the challenging the awarding of 45% weightage for contract employees
it seems to be highcourt provisionally accepting 20 weightage but not 45 weightage marks for the contract employees for how many years of services they rendered
upto max of 9 years is considered.
some body from the freshly selected candidateshas to move the court again regarding this otherwise that will be taken final
even if 20 marks given weightage that might be loss to meritorious candidates

court case is still pending and it seems to be taking much longer time than expected
weightage of marks still not decided yet it is some what complicated case

Its court case completed and given in faver of Students without experiance ...but for contract employees given 20 marks waitage for 10 year experiance..
