I want to get the details of MDS Entrance exam conducted by Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission APPSC?

Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Medical Entrance Test AP PGMET is conducted by Dr NTR University of Health Sciences, Andhra Pradesh, and Vijayawada for admissions in Post Graduate Medical (MS/MD/Diploma) and Dental (MDS) Courses in Andhra Pradesh.

AP PGMET Eligibility Criteria

MBBS Degree from affiliated college recognized by the (MCI) Medical Council of India.

Candidates have done or should be finishing Compulsory rotation internship on or before year of examination.

Applicants who are already qualifying diploma or P.G. Degree will not be allowed to appear for AP PG MET except they terminate the course by submitting the obligatory bond amount and salary drawn up to the date of offering the form.

Aspirant should be an Indian National/ Person of Indian Origin

AP PG MET examination pattern:

The duration of exam is 180 minutes.

Exam will comprise total of 200 MCQs (Multiple Choices Questions).

Each question will have four alternatives with one correct response.

Each correct answer will be rewarded with one mark

There is no negative mark for wrong answer.
