Unit IV

Decision Making: Decision making environment, decision under uncertainty, decision
under risk, decision tree analysis.

Weber, Elton Mayo, Chester Bernard, Maslow, Herzberg, Likert and McGergor.

Organizing: Concept of organization, process of organizing, bases of

accountability. Reasons for failure of delegation & how to make delegation effective.
