I want to apply Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Annamalai University, which are the eligibilities for Bed Admissions?

As you want to get admission in Bachelor of Education. The duration for the course is 2 years.

Eligibility for Admission:

1. A candidate should has a graduate degree under the 10+2+3 or 11+1+3 pattern with main subject in Part III, namely – Tamil (B.A., B.Lit.), English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Computer Science, Applied Physics, Applied Chemistry, Biochemistry, Environmental Science, Microbiology, History and Geography.

2. If he has these subjects: Economics, Commerce and Home Science subjects then only P.G., qualification will be considered.

3. Candidates who have studied cross major subjects in P.G. Degree are not allowed for admission.

4. Candidates having a direct U.G., Degree (without +2 qualification) and candidates having a direct P.G. Degree (without U.G. Degree) are not eligible.

5. Admission will be made after the passing of a written entrance examination.

6. According to NCTE, regular teachers that working in primary, middle, secondary or higher secondary schools in Tamilnadu, recognized by State / Central government, and they have minimum of two years experience of teaching are eligible.

2) Tamil medium available for B.A.Tamil, B.Lit. Tamil and M.A.Tamil Graduates only.
