Prof. Dr.M. RAJARAM has started his career in the year 1982 as Associate Lecturer in Government College of Engineering, Tirunelveli

He obtained M.E. in Power Systems from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore, in the year 1988.

He acquired Ph.D degree from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, in the year 1994.

Prof. Dr.M. RAJARAM served in several positions at various Government Colleges of Tamil Nadu during 1982-1997 and 2000-2013.
