The Andhra Bank has released the notification for the recruitment for Company Secretary post.

Total Number of Vacant Posts: 2 Posts

Name of the Vacant Posts: Company Secretaries of India, ICSI.

Eligibility-

Graduation with minimum 60% of marks from a government recognized institute of the university or should have its equivalent CGPA or should have passed its equivalent course. Along with it, all the candidates should have qualified the Final Examination if the Institute of Company Secretaries of ICSI, New Delhi.

Also, all the candidates should have basic knowledge of Computer and should have Associate Membership of ICSI.

Experience:

All the candidates should have three experience as Company Secretary from any government recognized institute or university.

Age Limit:

All the candidates age should be between 21 to 33 years as on 31st of May 2018.

Other candidates of SC/ ST will be given age relaxation as per government rules.

Grade Pay:

All the selected candidates will be given between 19,400 to 25,100 for MMGS Cadre II.

Selection Procedure:

All the candidates will be selected as per their performance in the Written Test as well as in Interview.
