AMUPMDC Online Application Form

I want to apply online for the Asso CET exam conducted by AMUPMDC . Provide the procedure to fill the Asso CET Online Application Form .

Asso CET Application Form has been issued online by AMUPMDC. It is a medical entrance exam for BDS, BAMS, BPTh, MBBS, BOTh, BASLP, BSc Nursing.

Asso CET Online Application Form Procedure :

In the online form, applicants have to enter required details together with scanned photograph and signature.

Applicants should check each entry before submitting the form.

Upload scanned photograph, signature and Certificate of Identity.

Size of signature, photograph and Certificate of Identity must not be greater than 35KB, 30KB and 100KB respectively.

The signature, photograph and Certificate of Identity should be either in ‘.jpeg’ or ‘.jpg’ format.

To pay the application fee, applicants have to take printout of the Bank Challan.

This challan must be taken to State Bank of India bank branch and fee submitted there.

Application fee for all categories is Rs 3000.

Commencement of form submission was March 23, 2015

Last date to submit form online was April 25, 2015

Availability of admit card May 10, 2015

Last date to download admit card of Asso CET 2015 was May 16, 2015

The ASSOCIATION OF MANAGEMENT OF UNAIDED PRIVATE MEDICAL AND DENTAL COLLEGES, MAHARASHTRA conducts the entrance test every year namely Asso CET. The dates for this year examination are over and were held in the month of May.

You may try to apply for the exam next year which would most probably would be held in the month of May 2016.

the tentative dates for the exams would be as folloes:

Brochure & Online Forms available in the third week of March next year.

Last Date of paying the fees through SBI would be 4th week of April 2016.

Admit Card for the CET exam will be in the first & second week of May 2016 through online.

Entrance exam will be held in the month of 4th week of May 2016.
