Admission into AMU MBBS (Aligarh Muslim University Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) will be granted to the candidates who qualify the NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) exam.

The university will have 50% institutional reservation for the candidates who have studied from their schools for the last 3 years. The rest 50% of seats will be open to all NEET qualified candidates. Counselling for AMU MBBS admission will be conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee. Admission will be provided by Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College.
