Amity University Rajasthan Act ( Act no. 8 of 2008)

The Amity University, Jaipur was established by Amity University Rajasthan Act 2008, notified by Government notification No F.2(10 ) vidhi/2.

The Amity University, Jaipur is a fully government recognized University with the right to confer degrees as the per sections 2f and 22(1) of the UGC Act.

As per law, Universities do not require approval of AICTE to start or conduct technical programmes.

The Amity University, Jaipur was established by the Govt. Act of 2008 of Government of Rajasthan.

The AUR is a private university established by the Ritnand Balved Education Foundation (RBEF), New Dehli which is a society registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860.
