The trickiest are the situational questions and the questions testing your temperament. But sometimes smart interviewees make the board ask only such questions which they want or are comfortable with. Qualities that you should have:- Intelligent Good planner Good organisational Abilities Ability to solve day to day problems Good communication skills Responsible Co-operative Friendly and understanding Initiative Decisive Confident Ability to convince others Determined Courageous Stamina Honest Disciplined Loyal Ability to remain happy even in extreme conditions. Some important Tips you should: Alter your answers Activate your interpersonal antennae Expect to feel additional stress Recognize that interviewers too are human Practice hard Know what characteristics to emphasize Ask intelligent questions, do not state the obvious Read between the lines Common of the questions asked in interviews: Why do you want to leave your organization? What do you know about this organization? Why are you interested? Justify your expected salary? Where do you see yourself 5 years down the line? What is the goal of your life? What are the positive aspects of your personality? And what are the negative aspects? Describe yourself in one line? How soon can you join? What would you change here? Are you willing to relocate? Change industries? Travel? |
