AMIE ID Card Replacement

Can you provide me the Application Form for replacement of Identity Card for AMIE Associate Member of Institution of Engineers (India)?

All registered members are eligible to get laminated photo ID card. The ID card is to be produced at the time of appearing for examination.

The membership number printed on the ID card is to be quoted in all communication with The Institution of Engineers (India).

F/M/AM/ST/T members, who have lost their Identity Cards issued by the Institution/possess defective Identity Cards/changed their recorded addresses, may apply for new Identity Card.

The application must be sent to the Headquarters along with the documents as stated in the format and the prerequisite fee.
