Acharya N. G. Ranga Agricultural University (ANGRAU) was established under the name of Andhra Pradesh Agricultural University (APAU) on the 12th of June 1964 through the APAU Act 1963.

The University offers various UG degree courses in the faculties of Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering & Technology and Community Science at its constituent colleges in A.P. State with Head Quarters at Lam, Guntur.

The Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University offers various Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Doctoral programmes besides the polytechnic courses.

The ANGRAU was established in the year 1964. There are 13 colleges (8 Agricultural Colleges, 1 Home Science, 2 Agricultural Engineering, 2 Food Science & Technology), 12 Polytechnics.

The medium of instruction for all the U.G. Courses is ENGLISH.

Eligibility Criteria:
A pass in 3 year Diploma in Agricultural Engineering recognized by ANGRAU / PJTSAU

Age Limit;
The candidates shall be required to have completed 18 years of age
upper age limit of 23 years for all the candidates and 26 years in respect of S.C, S.T. and 28 years in respect of P.H. candidates.
