Sorry to say that After completing 10th class you are not to Become An IAS Officer . In order to become an IAS officer aspirants has to fulfill the following eligibility conditions. Eligibility Criteria: Willing candidates must have any graduate degree from any recognized University. Applicants who are in the final year are also eligible. Applicants age should be between 21 and 30 years. IAS Exams are conducted in three following phases. Phase I:Civil Services Aptitude Test Phase II: Mains Phase III: Personality test (Interview) Paper I syllabus Indian Polity and Governance General Issues on Environmental Ecology, Bio-diversity and Climate chage History of India and Indian national Movement Current events of national and international importance India and World Geography General Science Economic and Social Development Paper II Syllabus Basic Numeracy, Data Interpretation.
