Hello!!!! I have completed my 12th and now I want to take admission in Delhi University so kindly provide me the details of courses offered for undergraduate by the university please???

The University of Delhi unofficially known as Delhi University or DU) is a public central university situated in Delhi, India. It was come into existence in 21.5.95 as a unitary, teaching and residential university by an Act of the then Central Legislative Assembly.


As you are looking for the courses offered by Delhi University so here I am providing you the list of courses offered by university for undergraduate programme below.

1 B.A. [Programme]
&
B.Com.

Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (Class XII) of the Central Board of Secondary Education or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto.
Or
Pre-University Examination (2 years after ten years schooling) of an Indian University recognized by University of Delhi.
Or
Intermediate Examination of an Indian University/Board or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto.


40% or above Pass in any one of the qualifying examinations.

2 B.A. [Hons] - Programme, English

At least 60% marks in combined in the Senior School Certificate Examination, Conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi
Or
An examination recognized as equivalent to the above.


Nominees securing 70% marks in the English Core Language in Class XII and 60% in aggregate will be eligible for direct admission.
Or
Applicants securing 60% marks in English Elective and 60% in aggregate will be eligible for direct admission.


Provided that the contestant has qualified as per the above criteria in the paper of English carrying a minimum weight of 100 marks in Class XII.

3 B.A. [Hons] - Programme, Political Science

At least 45% in the aggregate with Political Science in any of the examinations recognized by the University of Delhi.


Entrants securing 60% marks in the summative without Political Science in Class XII will be eligible for direct admission in Political Science (Honours) First Year.. Contenders securing 45% in collection with Political Science as one of their subject will be eligible for direct admission.

4 B.Com. [Hons]

55% in cumulative or 60% total of vocational/technical stream with commerce


The number of seats in Business Data Processing (Subsidiary) for B.Com. (Honours) is limited and admission will be on the basis of merit.
