What is the admission criterion for M.Tech after completing B.Sc or MCA course, will you please provide here???

No dear, Sorry to say that you are not eligible for M.Tech after completion of B.Sc.
After MCA course you are eligible for M.Tech course.

For getting admission in M.Tech, you should participate in Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering exam & get good score.

Here is Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering eligibility:

The applicant should have following criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Technology/ Architecture/ Pharmacy (Post-Diploma/ Post B.Sc./4 years after 10+2)

OR
Master’s degree in any branch of Science/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Applications or equivalent

OR
Integrated M.Sc. or Five year integrated B.S.-M.S. program

OR
B.E/B.Tech/B.Arch. equivalent examinations, of Professional Societies, recognized by MHRD/ UPSC/ AICTE (e.g. AMIE by Institution of Engineers-India, AMICE by the Institute of Civil Engineers-India)
