This is Kamlesh I want to know admission procedure and payment structure for mechanical engineering course. From Dibrugarh University as I am planning to do B. Tech in mechanical Engineering also please suggest me what will be the duration of this above mention course ok please do it fast for me

Dibrugarh University Institute of Engineering and Technology (DUIET) of Dibrugarh University offer B Tech programs in Computer Science & Engineering; Electronics and Communication Engineering; Mechanical Engineering and Petroleum Engineering.

Eligibility Criteria
One must be a citizen of India with a permanent resident certificate of Assam (Not applicable for JEE (Mains)
One must pass the qualifying exam individually in the same attempt without any grace mark in the subject of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and with minimum of 50% (45% for SC and 40% for ST) marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics
One must appear in the Entrance Exam for admission CEE (Engineering) or JEE (Mains) score
One must not above 21 years or below 17 years of age
Upper age limit is relaxed to 22 years in case of B.Sc. Passed Candidates. Upper age limit is relaxed to 3 years for SC/ST candidates
One must possess a good moral character
One must be physically and mentally fit

Lateral Entry
Lateral Entry to the 3rd Semester classes for the B. Tech Programs

Eligibility Criteria
Diploma passed candidates, OR/B.Sc with Physics and Mathematics shall have to fulfil the following norms:
One must have passed the Diploma Exam of the State Council of Assam or any other equivalent exam / OR must have passed B.Sc. Exam with Physics and Mathematics from Dibrugarh University or any other recognized University
One must have secured at least 50% marks (with 5% relaxation for SC/ST categories) in aggregate in the branch of diploma exam or B.Sc. However, such candidates must appear in a State Level Entrance Test conducted by the Dibrugarh University or a body recognized by the University
Admission will be on the basis of the Admission Test. The Test will have the following two components containing Mathematics and logical aptitude.
