The forms can be downloaded and filled up.

Resident Accounts & Deposits :


Fill in the details, sign the form and bring it in person with the following, to any our branches.

Two passport-size photographs

Documents like Passport/Ration card/Voter's card/PAN card as proof of address

Copy of PAN card if available or Form 60 for non PAN card holders

Proper Introduction (you may contact nearest branch for more details)

For the NRI Accounts :


Fill in the details, sign the form and send it to any of our Branches with the following:

Two copies of passport size photographs

One Photocopy of passport, and of course, your remittance.

South Indian Bank is one of the earliest banks of South India. It’s headquarter is located in the Thrissur city of Kearala. It is a private bank and was founded in 1929.

It is a type of private bank. It provide services in following
Banking
Capital markets
Financial services
Insurance

PPF is a product of ministry of finance, banks and post offices are only government-appointed agents to make the product reachable. PPF is controlled by the department of economic affairs, which takes care of small savings schemes.

As you want to know, PPF facility is not provided by South Indian Bank. Howecer I am giving you list of some other banks who provide it
