UPSC new syllabus com

I have applied for the UPSC mains exam and was doing preparation of the exam but suddenly I got to know that the UPSC has changed the syllabus of its mains exam so I want to get the information about the changes in the syllabus.Also provide me the new syllabus for Civil Services Prelim Exam.
