Hey as per my idea UPSC Engineering Services Examination was already held so here I am giving you basic details so you can apply for next time

Age limit

Candidates age must be lies between 21 to 30 years

Upper age relaxation will be applicable to the candidates as per the norms of government.

Qualification :-
Candidates should have Degree in Engineering from a University or Degree/ Diploma in Engineering from such foreign University | College or Institution.

Selection criteria :-
Appropriate candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in
written examination,
Personal Interview & Personality Test
Medical Exam.

Date of Notification: 14 March 2015
