Visit official website of TNPSC.

There is a link named ‘On Line Services’ in right middle side of homepage.

When you will click on that link, you will get some options:
On-line Application
Hall Ticket Download
One-time Registration
Application Status

Click on Hall Ticket Download option and reach on a new page that looks like following screen shot:

You will get link to download Hall ticket of all exams conducted by TNPSC.

At Present Hall Tickets available for following exams:
Sub Inspector Of Fisheriers & Foreman (MARINE) in T.N. FISHERIES Subordinate Service
