SSC Tax Assistant Typing Test

I have applied for the SSC Tax Assistant Typing Test and want to get some information about this test so can you please give me details about it?

DEST is Data Entry Skill Test is a Typing test conducted by SSC for the post of Tax Assistant in CGL.

The “Data Entry Speed” Skill Test at 8000 key depressions for duration of 15 minutes will be of qualifying nature.

Computer will be provided by the Commission at the Centre/venue notified for the purpose.

Candidates are required to bring attested copies of the following certificates along with the originals

i) Metric or equivalent certificate in support of date of birth.

ii) Education Certificate in support of educational qualification.

iii) SC/ST/ExS/OBC certificate in the prescribed format issued by the competent authority.

iv) “No Objection” certificate

v) A recent passport size photograph
