The details of the Standard Operation Procedure for various armed forces in India which has been laid down for firing have been mentioned below: Standing Operating Procedure for Firing (SOP) Training Motto: Train the way you fight Taking Training closer to real life and bringing real life closer to Training Its pain when you Train hard pain is temporally but pride is forever Fire Arm Safety Rules 1. Fire arm discipline: - All guns are always loaded. 2. Muzzle discipline: - Never point your muzzle towards any one, any thing or in any direction if you do not want to destroy or shoot. 3. Trigger discipline: - Keep your finger off the trigger on the frame until your muzzle is on the Target. 4. Target discipline: - Be sure of your target and what is in front and behind it. Range Rules 1. Rule No1: - Never handle a fire arm if some present down range. 2. Rule No2: - Never handle a fire arm until instructed to do so. Caution In the interest of organization and the betterment of training we may violate one or more fire arm safety rules during this training session knowingly its consequences but after the completion of this session neither I nor you are authorized to violate the safety rules. Health Warning There may be highly concentration of the lad in the range environment that can cause cancer and birth defects also. Wash and rinse your hands after firing. Class Discipline 1. Attention and focus of mind and body in the class. 2. Maximum sincerity as if you are in live fire. 3. No talking, looking and searching away. 4. Begin slowly and work on coordination first. 5. Speed will come naturally after practice. 6. No cell phone. 7. Ask questions to the trainer only. 8. Do not try to play the role of trainer. 9. Do not break the formation without permeation of the trainer. |
