As per your request here I am sharing the minimum percentage required in 10th,12th and B.Tech to appear for PSU Exam

Percentile requirement --
-Minimum percentage required varies for different PSUs companies generally,60%-70% for general and 50%-60% for the SC/ST/OBC/PH thrighout the career

Graduation: 60% or above
12th grade required percentage :: 60% or above
10th grade required percentage :: 60% or above

-You should have B.E. /B.Tech. /B.Sc. in Engg. Degree required

Age
-Age should be in between 21 to 30 years
- 3 years of relaxation is offered to OBC.
-No more than 5 years relaxation is granted to SC/ST.

Gap
-PSUs allow for two years gap.

Score Card
Must have appeared in GATE Exam and obtain valid Score scard
