Punjabi University Vs Punjab University

I am from Punjab and want to do B.Tech but I am confused whether to join the Punjabi University or Punjab University. Will you tell me which one is better for doing B.Tech degree? Also tell me different ranking given to the Punjabi University and Punjab University?

As per My opinion Both are good universities and its unreasonable to have comparison between the two. The Punjab University is Located At Chandigarh And Punjabi University is Located At Patiala
Both Universities have been accredited A grade by NAAC with five star status.Quality of faculty, Research, infrastructure, academics,,curicullum, enviornment,alumni base is more or less the same. Infact both of them are government universities
