From where I can get application form to apply for Provisional Certificate at MDU Rohtak? I have done BCA Course from a Study Centre of this University. Now I want Provisional Certificate, so please give me procedure that how I can apply for this through online on the official website of MDU Rohtak?

The Maharshi Dayanand University is provides an application for to get Provisional Certificate.

Maharishi Dayanand University was established in 1976. The University received the recognition from University Grants Commission- the higher education regulatory body of India- for central Govt. Grants in Feb. 1983.

Candidates applying for a University Certificate should get the certificate given overleaf signed by any one of the following:

Gazetted Officer
First Class Magistrate
Principal of College, admitted to the privileges of the University or
An officer of the University the rank of the Asstt Registrar
