Well, in the year 2014 the GATE exam was held On February 2 , 15 & 16 , March 1 & 2, 2014, as the dates are over, so you can not fill the form, you need to wait till the next session start. Here are the details of this exam:

Eligibility:
The applicant should have completed bachelors of engineering in the concern subjects with good academic from any recognized university of India.

Important dates:
GATE 2014 Online Enrolment: from September 2 to 1 2013
Last Date for GATE 2014 Online Application Submission: October 3, 2013
Receipt of Printout of GATE 2014 Online Application Form at Zonal Centre: By October 17, 2013 (extended date from October 10, 2013)
Request for Change in the GATE 2014 Exam Centre: From November 15 to 25, 2013
Download of GATE 2014 Admit Card: December 18, 2013
GATE 2014 Examination: On February 2 , 15 & 16 , March 1 & 2, 2014
Timings: Forenoon: 9.00 AM to 12.00 Noon, Afternoon: 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM
GATE 2014 Result Announcement: March 28, 2014 at 10 am
