The Polytechnic Diploma Entrance Exam is conducted by JAKBOPEE every year for admissions in the 3-year technical course in various branches in J&K.

Diploma Entrance Exam in Jammu & Kashmir was held on 01 May 2016.

J&K Diploma Polytechnic Entrance Test is conducted by BOPEE. The J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (BOPEE) was established by the Act of State Legislature.

Age Limit:
Candidates must taken by is 15 years of minimum age and the maximum age is that of 18 years.

Educational Qualification:
Candidates must possess Xth Board or equivalent passing certificate with a minimum of 40% marks. For the reserved categories (SC/ ST) 35% is the minimum cut off aggregate.

Exam Pattern:

The question paper will be of objective type where multiple choice questions will be there.
Negative marking is there, so use the guess work sparingly.
One question paper with a total of 180 questions is there and the candidates need to complete it within a span of 3 hours.
