NY DEC Fishing License
What are the requirements to issue the Fishing License from New York State Department of Environmental Council (NY DEC)? Please also give me contact number with the timing of the New York State Department of Environmental Council (NY DEC) so I can talk them about the Fishing License?

License Requirements You need a fishing license if you are 16 years and older and fishing for: Freshwater fish species by angling, spearing, hooking, longbow, and tip-ups.
