Hello, the Nokia offered 2- year International Graduate Trainee Program (IGTP) not MBA and here I am providing you the details of that course as under:

About the course:
2- year International Graduate Trainee Program (IGTP) that will provide an amazing opportunity to learn and develop an exciting career in the Finance / Information Technology (IT)/ Global Operations organization (GOPS) of one of the world’s largest global communication companies

Programme overview:
First assignment will take place in the base location with regional or corporate Finance focus /IT function /GOPS function – 6 months
Joint assignment with all graduates together in one location, working in different non financial- /non IT-/non GOPS department – 3 months
International assignment in dedicated finance/IT/GOPS roles – up to 6 months
Flexible assignment in the base location in finance/IT/GOPS – 9 months
You will take part in a journey with a group of 12 graduates in finance & IT & GOPS coming from our key locations.
During the 2-year period you will gain an intense working experience in Nokia Networks through different locations & rotational assignments
