Government of Maharashtra organize the MH CET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test) for providing admissions in health science degree, engineering & technology and pharmacy courses offered by various government and private colleges of Maharashtra state.

The exam date 2017 fixed for MH CET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test) by Government of Maharashtra as per the notification is 11th May 2017.

Online application starts First week of March, 2017
Online application end Fourth week of March, 2017
Schedule for Fee Acceptance First week to last week of March, 2017
Admit card issue Last week of April, 2017
Exam Date 11th May 2017
Submission of certificates/documents Second week to 3rd week of May 2017
Answer key display Third week of May, 2017
OMR sheet display Fourth week of May, 2017
Last date of objection on answer key Last week of May, 2017
Result announcement First week of June, 2017
Declaration & download of merit list Second week of June, 2017


MHT CET Engineering Eligibility Criteria

• One must have completed your Higher Secondary Examination or 10+2 or its equivalent exam from a recognized Board in order to be eligible.
• One must be a citizen of India to be eligible for the examination.
• One, who has secured an aggregate of 50% of marks in their qualifying examination for general category and 40% of marks in case of SC/ ST/ PH applicants.
• One needs to be at least 17 years of age in order to apply.
• One needs to have taken Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology as their subjects.

MHT CET Engineering Exam Pattern

The total duration of the exam is 3 hours.
The paper comprises of 200 multiple choice objective type questions.
No marks will be deducted for any incorrect answer and 1 mark will be added for each correct answer.

The structure of for MT CET is as follows:
Subject Marks Duration
Physics and Chemistry 50+50 = 100 marks 1 hour and 30 minutes
Mathematics 100 marks 1 hour and 30 minutes
Total 200 marks 3 hours
